We are working on our very own book called the Humanising Workplaces Playbook and we plan to publish it all being well (deadlines, distractions etc) by March 2020.
The idea for the book came some time ago when we started to have conversations with others about what is needed to help people on their journey to help make change happen to create a People Centered Culture. We also have some great inputs and contributions from others that have helped shape our thinking around what is needed.
The basic premise of the playbook is that its simple and clear cut, not prescriptive but gives plenty of practical ideas and approaches to helping create a people centric culture wherever you are.
One of the other aspects is there is such good work and materials from others out there working on a similar mission so we have, with their permission, included some of this valuable material too.
The Playbook will cover the life cycle of a typical organisation and share ideas for helping to humanise each stage or aspect. We point you in the direction of great thinkers and movers in the world today as well as some case study material to help you connect the ideas with the real challenges of bringing this work to life.
A percentage of the book sales will go to a worthy cause we are very passionate about supporting which will be revealed at the launch of the playbook.
Accompanying the playbook will be access to a resource of materials and canvasses for you to use and share within your organisations to help make good things happen and affect the change.
